Testimonials

“I loved everything about this training. Cat is warm and personable while teaching with clarity. Her love for trigger point therapy and the greater functions of the human body shine through in her classes. I appreciated the intimate nature of this smaller class size. I would recommend any and all of Cat’s classes for both bodyworkers and those seeking self care practices.” – RF
