Courses for Self Care
Cat’s Self Care classes incorporate practices that bring balance to the nervous system, the physical body, and the whole Self. Classes begin with breathing practices scientifically proven to soothe the nervous system out of “fight or flight” stress mode and into a calmer state. Once there, our physical tissues are more able to change from chronically held tension and pain into greater ease. Cat incorporates simple strengthening and yoga based stretching with therapeutic foam rolling to release the grip of stuck tissues. She guides her students in how to find and release their own trigger points (focal points of tension in the muscles) so the body can move with greater freedom and less discomfort. Every class is founded in a strong background in anatomy.
Upcoming Livestream Series
In a livestream you get to participate in the class in real-time, ask questions, receive direct feedback, and have your specific issues addressed there in class. You also get access to a replay video of each class and special emails with supplemental information designed specifically for the people who attend.
