At FreeBody, we know that what you do to take care of yourself is the number one most important contributor to how you feel in your body.  Self myofascial release/ Self trigger point release (SMFR/STPR) are KEYS to feeling your best.  Cat has put together these toolkits to support you,  from just the super basic soft ball and pump (which are essential to have, and often missing) to an expanded kit which includes a RADroller double ball (a personal favorite and can be used all over the body) and a larger firmer ball.  Whatever your needs, whatever you’re working on, we’ve got you.
